SiC is the same compound used in industrial diamond applications. Once cured, it does not wash away, wear off, or require toppers or refreshers. Your vehicle receives 2 layers of Opti-Coat Pro Plus backed by a manufacturer warranty from Opti-Coat LLC in Memphis, TN.
Every vehicle goes through the same comprehensive process. Complete interior detail, full paint correction, wheels-off protection, glass coating with Opti-Glass Pro, trim coating with Opti-Trim Protect, wheel coating with Opti-Metal Coat, and interior ceramic with Opti-Guard. Every Protection Plan is registered on CARFAX and requires no annual maintenance for warranty validity.
The only differences between Bryan Car Care's Protection Plans are the product tier, the number of ceramic layers, and the warranty duration. The standard of work is identical across every plan.
Why Does Paint Correction Come Before Ceramic Coating?
Ceramic coating locks in whatever is underneath. Swirl marks, scratches, and oxidation trapped beneath a coating become permanent. Bryan Car Care performs full professional paint correction before any ceramic layer is applied.
Paint correction removes defects, restores clarity, and refines the gloss to the highest level the paint will allow. Bryan Car Care does not use preset “one-step” correction or time-limited processes. Correction continues until the paint meets our standard.
No ceramic coating is applied until the surface is ready. The foundation determines how the finished result looks, feels, and performs for the next seven years.

Every surface inside the cabin is cleaned, conditioned, and protected. Interior surfaces receive Opti-Guard ceramic for long-term protection against stains, UV, and wear. The interior gets the same level of attention as the exterior, bringing the entire vehicle to a consistent standard.
Exterior Preparation and Refinement
The exterior goes through a full wash, chemical decontamination, and mechanical decontamination before paint correction begins. Surface preparation ensures the Opti-Coat Pro Plus bonds properly and performs at its full potential.
2-Layer Opti-Coat Pro Plus Ceramic System
Opti-Coat Pro Plus uses SiC (Silicon Carbide) chemistry that permanently bonds to the clear coat at a molecular level. Unlike traditional coatings, it does not require toppers, refreshers, or annual reapplication. Pro Plus is rated at 1,100 grams on the tungsten carbide needle scratch resistance test and delivers roughly 100 times the acid resistance of factory paint alone. Each layer is installed with proper cure time between applications to ensure maximum hardness and durability.
Wheels-Off Protection
Wheels are removed so both faces and barrels can be fully coated with Opti-Metal Coat. Brake calipers are cleaned and ceramic-coated to protect against brake dust buildup. Partial coverage is not part of Bryan Car Care's process.
Glass, Trim, and Plastics
All exterior glass receives Opti-Glass Pro for improved visibility in rain and snow. Trim and plastics are sealed with Opti-Trim Protect to prevent fading, cracking, and UV degradation over the life of the protection plan.
