“I originally called because a gallon of milk fell off my front seat, spilled onto the floor, and soaked into the carpet. During our conversation, I made it very clear that the odor was the primary reason I needed my vehicle detailed. I was given the impression that removing the smell would not be a problem. At no point was I told there was a possibility the odor might not come out completely. The vehicle itself was cleaned very well, and I appreciate the work that was done. However, the milk odor is still extremely strong. After spending $400, I have a clean car that I can barely drive because of the smell. When I picked it up, I was told that I would probably need to have the carpet replaced. Had I been informed from the beginning that odor removal was unlikely or that carpet replacement might ultimately be necessary, I would have appreciated that honesty before spending $400 on a service that did not resolve the issue I was most concerned about. I was still charged the full amount and am now left with a clean carpet that still smells strongly of spoiled milk and may need to be replaced anyway. Update: Joel reached out to me and absolutely made things right. The car is incredibly clean, and I can tell a lot of time and effort went into the work. That's especially impressive considering I have two dogs—one of them being a Bernese Mountain Dog, so it's only a matter of time before the fur returns! 😆 I truly appreciate the hard work and professionalism that went into detailing my vehicle. While I'm still working on resolving the odor issue, I wanted to acknowledge how great the car looks and how responsive Joel has been. If I were simply looking for a thorough cleaning and detail service, I would absolutely recommend them.”
