We measure clear coat thickness on every panel using a digital paint gauge. This data tells us exactly how much material is available and guides the correction approach for each section of the vehicle.
Test Spot Validation
Before full correction begins, we perform a test spot to validate the right pad and polish combination for your specific paint. This ensures we achieve maximum defect removal without unnecessary material removal.
Panel-by-Panel Correction
Each panel is corrected individually under LED inspection lighting. This controlled approach ensures consistent results across the entire vehicle. We adjust technique and pressure based on the unique condition of each area.
IPA Wipe and Final Inspection
