Service Agreement

Introduction

This Service Agreement ("Agreement") outlines the terms and conditions governing all services provided by Bryan Car Care, LLC ("we," "us," or "our") located at 4133 E. Early Dawn Ave, Unit 104C, Post Falls, ID 83854. By scheduling or receiving any service from Bryan Car Care, you ("the client") agree to be bound by the terms set forth in this Agreement.

Services and Scope

Bryan Car Care provides professional auto detailing services including interior and exterior detailing, paint correction, ceramic coating application, paint protection film installation, and related vehicle care services. The specific scope of work for each appointment is determined by the service package selected by the client.

All services are performed at our facility unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We reserve the right to refuse service on any vehicle that we determine may pose a safety risk to our team or facility.

Pricing and Payment

Service pricing is based on the selected package, vehicle size, and condition. Pricing provided through our website or during consultation is an estimate and may be adjusted after an in-person inspection of the vehicle. We will communicate any pricing changes to you before proceeding with the work.

Payment is due in full upon completion of service unless alternative payment arrangements have been agreed upon in advance. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and cash. For protection plan packages, a deposit may be required at the time of booking. Deposits are non-refundable unless the appointment is cancelled in accordance with the cancellation policy outlined below.

Appointment Scheduling and Cancellation

Appointments can be scheduled through our website, by phone at (208) 215-7667, or by email at contact@bryancarcare.com. We will confirm your appointment and provide any necessary pre-service instructions.

We understand that schedules change. We ask that you provide at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 25% of the estimated service cost. No-shows without prior communication may forfeit any deposit paid.

Bryan Car Care reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances, staffing needs, or inclement weather. In such cases, we will contact you as soon as possible to arrange a new appointment at no additional cost.

Vehicle Condition and Pre-Existing Damage

Prior to beginning any work, our team will conduct a visual inspection of your vehicle and document any pre-existing damage, including scratches, dents, chips, stains, and other imperfections. This documentation protects both you and our team by establishing the vehicle's condition before service begins.

Bryan Car Care is not responsible for pre-existing damage or conditions that become more visible after cleaning, polishing, or coating application. Certain defects such as clear coat failure, deep scratches, or paint oxidation may become more apparent once the vehicle has been thoroughly cleaned. We will do our best to communicate any concerns we notice during the inspection process.

Clients are encouraged to remove all personal belongings from their vehicle before drop-off. Bryan Car Care is not responsible for any personal items left in the vehicle during service.

Warranty Terms

Bryan Car Care protection plan warranties are issued and backed by Opti-Coat LLC, a US manufacturer based in Memphis, TN (in business since 2001). All warranties are registered in Opti-Coat's national database at the time of installation. Clients receive a confirmation email directly from the manufacturer.

7-Year Ceramic Coating (Opti-Coat Pro Plus)

The 7-Year Ceramic Coating includes a manufacturer-backed warranty covering ceramic coating performance for seven years from the date of installation. Coverage includes coating failure, environmental damage, etching from bird droppings, bug splatter, acid rain, industrial fallout, UV damage, and oxidation. The warranty coverage limit is $5,000 per claim. No annual maintenance is required for warranty validity. For vehicles five model years or newer, the full 7-year warranty applies. For vehicles six to ten model years old, a 3-year warranty applies. Vehicles older than ten model years are not eligible for warranty coverage.

Lifetime Ceramic Coating (Opti-Coat Pro3)

The Lifetime Ceramic Coating includes a manufacturer-backed warranty with two coverage options. With annual maintenance ($350 per year from any authorized Opti-Coat installer), the warranty provides lifetime coverage. Without annual maintenance, the warranty provides 10-year coverage. Both options include the same $5,000 per claim coverage limit and the same environmental protections as the 7-Year plan. For vehicles five model years or newer, the full lifetime or 10-year warranty applies. For vehicles six to ten model years old, a 5-year warranty applies. Vehicles older than ten model years are not eligible for warranty coverage.

Opti-Shield Liquid PPF

Opti-Shield Liquid PPF is a 4-layer hand-applied liquid paint protection film by Opti-Coat LLC, installed as a whole-vehicle treatment with no panel boundaries. The standard install includes Opti-Glass Pro on glass, Opti-Trim Protect on trim and plastics, Opti-Coat Pro on wheels and brake calipers, and CARFAX registration. The manufacturer-backed warranty covers environmental etching, UV oxidation, yellowing, cracking, and peeling. The warranty coverage limit is $5,000 per claim. No annual maintenance is required for warranty validity. For vehicles five model years or newer at the time of installation, the full 10-year warranty applies. For vehicles six to ten model years old, a 5-year warranty applies. Vehicles older than ten model years are not eligible for warranty coverage. The warranty does not cover rock chips, accidents, or impact damage from gravel and road debris. Damaged sections may be repaired in place by reapplying product without polishing into the factory paint.

Warranty Conditions

  • Warranties are issued by Opti-Coat LLC and serviced by any authorized Opti-Coat installer in the US and Canada
  • The warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, vandalism, improper washing techniques, harsh chemical exposure, or neglect
  • All protection plan installations are registered with CARFAX for your records
  • If the installing shop closes or the client relocates, warranty service is available through any authorized Opti-Coat installer nationwide

Satisfaction Guarantee

Bryan Car Care stands behind the quality of our work with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with the results of your service, please contact us within 7 days of service completion. We will work with you to address your concerns and make it right at no additional charge.

The satisfaction guarantee applies to the quality of workmanship and does not cover pre-existing conditions, normal wear and tear, or issues caused by the client after service completion. Requests made after the 7-day window will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Vehicle Pickup and Drop-Off

Clients are responsible for delivering their vehicle to and picking it up from our facility at the agreed-upon times. If your vehicle is not picked up within 48 hours of service completion and notification, a storage fee of $25 per day may apply.

Bryan Car Care is not responsible for any damage that occurs to your vehicle after it has been released to you or a designated representative. Vehicles left at our facility are stored in a secure location, but we are not liable for damage caused by events beyond our control such as natural disasters, theft, or vandalism while in storage.

Liability Limitations

Bryan Car Care carries general liability insurance and takes every precaution to protect your vehicle while it is in our care. However, our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. This includes but is not limited to loss of use, loss of revenue, or diminished vehicle value.

Bryan Car Care is not responsible for mechanical issues, electrical problems, or other vehicle malfunctions that are unrelated to the detailing services performed. If we discover any such issues during our work, we will notify you but are under no obligation to repair them.

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Idaho, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from this Agreement or the services provided by Bryan Car Care shall be resolved in the courts of Kootenai County, Idaho.

Modifications to This Agreement

Bryan Car Care reserves the right to update or modify this Service Agreement at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
